Jessica Rose Murphy, Asset & Property Manager

Jessica Murphy is responsible for performing asset and property management functions for commercial properties located in San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area.  Jessica’s direct responsibilities include working with private family clients, managing third party tenant relationships, overseeing design professionals and general contractors, along with facilitating the successful operation of the properties and asset level reporting. This includes coordination of contract bidding, negotiation and selection as well as maintaining vendor relationships. Jessica also plays a role with accounting and finance operations including preparation of annual budgets, preparing monthly accounting reports, and coordinating the accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.

Prior to joining Century | Urban, Jessica worked in Asset Management and Leasing at Shorenstein Realty Services supporting investment management strategies across the company’s national commercial portfolio. Her role involved the portfolio-wide integration of new leasing and asset management software, preparation of monthly reporting, as well as performing a comprehensive review of digital marketing strategies.  Jessica also formerly worked at The Mark Company as the Corporate Marketing and Business Development Coordinator supporting the planning and implementation of public relations campaigns and business development with third party private developers.

Jessica has participated as a member of the Urban Land Institute since 2012 and is an active member of the San Francisco Bay Area Planning and Urban Research Association (SPUR) along with maintaining an active Salesperson License in the State of California.  Jessica graduated from the University of San Diego, earning a bachelor’s of arts in communication.
