At Century Urban, Jake Kraft works on a variety of real estate advisory and consulting matters including valuation, asset and portfolio strategy, capital markets, financial analysis, asset management and development analysis. Jake was previously a Senior Vice President with Bristol Group, Inc., a national real estate investment and development firm. At Bristol, Jake ran the apartment, self-storage, and gas station businesses and co-ran the industrial business in New Jersey and Seattle. Jake has directly managed over $445 million in assets and acquired or lent on projects totaling $145 million in cost. He has been involved in raising over $1 billion of equity for real estate investments and co-mingled funds. He has also been a real estate advisor to family offices, private equity firms, development firms, public agencies, and non-profits. Jake has a JD/MBA from Stanford University, an MSc from Oxford University, and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Co-Chair of the ULI San Francisco Programs Committee and a licensed California real estate broker.
